Everybody should be free to experience joy and optimism in their lives, regardless of their age or condition. We understand how important this is to elderly people and want to support them in living in the comfort of their own home, providing only the best quality of care and companionship.
HOW WE ARRANGE YOUR CARE SERVICE
When arranging your care package, we follow a stringent process to ensure that you receive a truly bespoke and high quality Care Service. Contact us to discuss what sort of care you would like and we can offer advice and talk you through the process.
We will discuss your specific care requirements with you and get to know your personality, your cultural needs and preferences. Our approach is consultative and you will make the decisions about the Care Plan that best work for you. We will provide information on the services that are available to you, as well as an outline of costs
We will arrange for a member of our Care Team to visit you and carry out a Comprehensive Care Assessment of your bespoke care needs, including a Risk Assessment to ensure your safety. Once you are happy with the Care Plan following this visit, a fully priced Care Package will be offered.
We will finalise your Care Plan with you and your family, making sure you are happy every step of the way.
We will identify suitable Health Care Professionals to support you in-line with your Care Plan and arrange for you to meet them to ensure that all of your needs are met. If any additional training is required to support your care requirements, this will also be coordinated.
The day your service commences a Senior Carer or Manager will accompany the Carer to ensure the service is satisfactory and thereafter we will be in regular touch with you to make sure the service fits your needs and that you are happy with the service provided. Please note we can review and update the plan at regular intervals and at any point in the process if there are changes in your circumstance.
Eagle Care Services are recruiting, experienced and multilingual professionals, who are looking to expand their career while networking widely within the local community. Our staff are recruited on the condition of passing CQC standards requirements.
They are then trained professionally in-house by our dedicated, multilingual team. Our care staff can speak languages like Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi, Marathi, Urdu, Persian, Arabic, Bengali, English, Malayalam, Sinhalese, Romanian, Yoruba, and many more.
