Eagle Care provides Stroke Care and Support to enable patients to be cared for in the comfort of their own home surrounded by their families, friends and memories.
Our Care Support will provide emotional and physical support allowing the patient to retain their sense of identity and feelings of self-worth in their home.
With our Stroke aftercare Services, our Support Workers can also help with sensitive personal care issues – from bathing to washing and continence care. Our Carers are always around to talk with the people they look after as well as offer services to do other household tasks, like preparing meals, and cleaning can be provided.
